His & Hers Valentines Shaker Card

 Hi Everyone, 

This week I have made 2 cards with the intention of them being displayed together (his & hers).

I firstly took the Polkaddodles sticks and stones characters into my Silhouette design software and designed my base cards

Using the papers from Polkadoodles work and play love & kisses collection 9 cd rom,  I cut the layers out. 

For the "hers" card I decided to make a shaker card and filled it with cordinating coloured sequins.

As always they wouldnt be my cards if  didnt had some crystal gems!

Love Always - You'll Do Valentines Day Card

 Hi Everyone,

This week is the start of my valentines cards!

I downloaded the love always digi kit from Polkadoodles website and set to work making my card. 

I printed some of the backing papers from the kit and I cut out my mat layers. 

The hearts I cut from the tattered lace ornamental torn edge hearts dies, I then scanned the images into the my scan and cut to create a offset layers. 

I printed the digi stamp (love you) from the the collection and I coloured it in with my promarkers. 

Unfortunatly I tried to make the balloon on the digi stamp glossy using Anita's gloss but unfortunatly it dried with a few air bubbles 😕

With Deepest Sympathy

 Hi Everyone, 

 

This weeks card is for a friend who lost her mum. 

Obviously sympathy cards are not easy to make, give or receive, but I thought I would give it a try!

I set to work by cutting out the decoupage lily using my Scan n Cut Tattered Lace Floral Decoupage usb volume 1 

I then took the image into Serif Craft Artist and used the colour picker to pick the shade of green I wanted for the mat and layers. 

I then took a piece of white card and embossed it using the script 8 x 8 embossing folder from Tattered Lace. 

I hope you like my creation and I will see you next week.
