Handmade Boofle Tealight Candle Card

Hi Everyone,

This weeks card is made using a Boofle Topper from the Boofle docrafts digital designer cd rom.

I used Kraft card which I think goes really well with the boofle character! I made a sliding drawer and added some scented tealight candles. I Finished Boofle off with a glossy nose and added a gem to the middle of the flower. I hope you like it.

This weeks card is made using my especially for you cd rom, by Me To You. This cd is a few years old but I can always find an image to use. In my opinion Tatty Teddy never goes out of fashion.

Wedding Card

Hi Everyone,

This weeks card was commisioned back in May. I decided to go for white and gold as I think it looks very elegant and expensive. The flowers, flourishes and heart I cut out using my Silhouette Cameo. I then embossed the layers using my decadent rose embossing folder, from the vintage collection by Crafters Companion. I hope you like it.

Happy Anniversary Kimono Easel Drawer Card

Hi Everyone,

A while ago a friend asked if I could make an anniversary card for his wife. She loves anything oriental and my first thought was to make a easel drawer card, which included a selection of fortune cookies.
I decide to make the easel card from a kimono shape which I cut out on my silhouette cameo. I then finished the card by making a sliding drawer base and filled it with fortune cookies.

Open Book Wedding Card

Hi Everyone,

Well its been absolutely ages since my last post, but I am back now and hopefully I will be able to post my crafty makes every week from now on.

Today's card was commissioned back back in April. I decided to do an open book style card which came with a plastic plate stand. I cut out the shape of the book on my Silhouette Cameo and layered it up with some paper flowers and a nice verse. The heart I designed myself just doodling in my Silhouette Cameo designer software. I hope you like it and keep checking back for more ideas and inspiration.

Nappie Cakes For Twins

Hi Everyone,

This week I have been busy making these nappie cakes for my new twin nephew and niece.
Inside I have put in some baby powder, baby bath, a bib and some baby socks. I finished them off with some tissue paper, handmade bow (which I cut out on my scan n cut) and plenty of cellophane. I hope you like them.
