The Forgotten Card

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would just do this extra post this week. For some reason this Christmas card got forgotten and as I found it again, I thought it was worth putting on my blog. I made this card using Serif Craft Artist 2, Brushes And Stamps Christmas digi kit and my Silhouette Cameo. The embossed background is a embossing mask I made myself.

Barkley Mad

Hi Everyone,

This week I have made another Barkley Christmas card using the Barkley Christmas cd rom from Crafter's Companion. The card is called an easel drawer card, and as you can see from the pictures it is filled with yummy chocolates. I like these cards as it is a gift and a card in one, and its entirely up to you what you put in the drawer.  More Barkley next week see you then.

And More Barkley Handmade Christmas Cards

Hi Everyone,

This week I have done another Barkley Christmas card. I wanted to show you my cheats way of making a 8x8 card using an A4 piece of card. This is very handy way of using up any left over envelopes.

Firstly you need to score a piece of A4 card about 7" and 6/8" (landscape) then turning the card portrait cut down the edge 7"and 6/8". This makes sure that the card fits into an 8x8 envelope. More Barkley next week see you then.

Barkley Handmade Christmas Cards

Hi everyone,

This week I have started my Christmas cards, I know I am late starting them this year, its gone so fast. I have decided  this year I'm going to use the Barkley Christmas CD ROM from Crafter's Companion. These images are so cute and allow for plenty of glitter. I also used Anita's 3d Clear Gloss Finish embossing liquid for his nose, it dries raised and is very glossy.The next few weeks I will be posting what I have made so you will be Barkley mad. Sparkle At Christmas

This week I have made a couple of Christmas cards using my Cameo and some cutting files. The snowflake background is my own design, but as I was looking on the silhouette shop I spotted the ivy background. So I purchased it. Party Paws Congratulations

Barkley Handmade Cards

Hi Everyone,

 This week I have made a couple of cards using images and papers from Crafter's Companion, Barkley Everyday cd rom, I also used a cutting file for my new Silhouette Cameo, I finally upgraded from my Craft Robo Lite to the the Cameo. I'm so exited. I will be using it alot more now in my card designs. Below is some more inspiration and I will see you next week.
